What is a phone farm box?
A phone farm box is a chassis that holds 20 real phones — Android or iPhone — racked in numbered slots, wired for power and data, cooled front to back and run for days before it ships. You plug it in, open the control software in your browser and every phone is ready to post.
Android or iPhone — which box should I buy?
Android boxes ship with 20 Android phones and are the cheaper way to start. iPhone farm boxes come with 20 iPhone 12 or 20 iPhone SE (3rd gen), or as an empty Lightning-wired chassis you fill with your own iPhones. Pick iPhone when your accounts have to live on iOS.
Do I need the software licence to run a box?
Yes. The box is hardware; the control software is what drives it — live screen view, per-phone logs and assistant assignments. It is billed monthly and starts when the box arrives.
How much is freight, and who pays duties?
Freight is a flat $230 from Switzerland and free above $5,000 of goods. Import duty and tax are set and charged by your own customs office; we cannot pre-clear them for you.
How long until a box ships?
Android boxes and the iPhone 12 box are built to order in two to three weeks. The iPhone SE box, the empty Lightning box and the stackable iPhone rack are in stock and ship in one to two weeks. We confirm the date before you pay.
