Do I need the software licence?

Yes. The box is hardware, the licence is what drives it. It is billed monthly and starts when the box arrives.

How long until it ships?

It is built and in stock: 1 to 2 weeks from your order to delivery. We confirm the date before you pay.

Who pays freight and duties?

Freight is a flat rate from Switzerland — free above $5,000 of goods. Import duty and tax are yours: they are set by your own customs office, charged to you directly, and we cannot pay or pre-clear them for you.

What if a phone fails?

First twelve months are on us: you tell us the slot, we send the replacement phone.

    Every unit runs before it is packed. Nothing goes out that has not been switched on and checked.

    Shipped tracked, 12 months warranty

    Palletised or boxed, tracked, signature on delivery. Hardware carries 12 months of warranty, and you can reach us after the sale.
