In the box
Everything is fitted before it ships.
Prepared phones
Signed out, factory fresh and set up by us, seated in numbered slots so logs match the hardware.
Wiring and cooling
Cables cut to length, airflow front to back, nothing sagging into a fan.
Load test report
Every slot runs for days before shipping. You get the log with the box.
Do I need the software licence?
Yes. The box is hardware, the licence is what drives it. It is billed monthly and starts when the box arrives.
How long until it ships?
One to two weeks from your order to delivery — we build it and ship it inside that window. We confirm the date before you pay.
Who pays freight and duties?
Freight is a flat rate from Switzerland — free above $5,000 of goods. Import duty and tax are yours: they are set by your own customs office, charged to you directly, and we cannot pay or pre-clear them for you.
What if a phone fails?
First twelve months are on us: you tell us the slot, we send the replacement phone.
