Are the phones new?
No, they are refurbished — used iPhones that have been reconditioned, not new ones from Apple.
How many do I have to buy?
At least 10 phones per order. Above that, any number — add as many as you need.
Do they fit your farm box?
Yes. They have a Lightning port, so they fit our empty Lightning box — 20 slots, wired and cooled. Order both together and they ship on one pallet.
How long until they ship?
About a week from your order to delivery. We confirm the date before you pay.
Who pays freight and duties?
Freight is a flat rate from Switzerland — free above $5,000 of goods. Import duty and tax are yours: they are set by your own customs office, charged to you directly, and we cannot pay or pre-clear them for you.
Does the software run on them?
Yes. They show up in the same browser grid as every other phone. Nothing for you to install — our team sets up the connection with you.
