Are the phones new?
No, they are refurbished β used iPhones that have been reconditioned, not new ones from Apple.
How many do I have to buy?
At least 10 phones per order. Above that, any number β add as many as you need.
Do they fit your farm box?
Yes. They have a Lightning port, so they fit our empty Lightning box β 20 slots, wired and cooled. Order both together and they ship on one pallet.
How long until they ship?
One to two weeks from your order to delivery. We confirm the date before you pay.
Who pays freight and duties?
Freight is a flat rate from Switzerland β free above $5,000 of goods. Import duty and tax are yours: they are set by your own customs office, charged to you directly, and we cannot pay or pre-clear them for you.
Does the software run on them?
Yes. They show up in the same browser grid as every other phone. Nothing for you to install β our team sets up the connection with you.

Palletised or boxed, tracked, signature on delivery. Hardware carries 12 months of warranty, and you can reach us after the sale.
