Do I need to buy your box?+
No. It runs on phones you already own — that means you can start today with what is on your desk. Our farm box is just the shortcut if you would rather not build a rack yourself.
What do I need besides the software?+
Phones, a computer they are plugged into, and internet. A small connector program runs on that computer and brings the phones into your browser, so you never have to sit next to them.
Do I have to install anything on the phones?+
Nothing for you to install. Your apps, accounts and settings stay exactly as they are — our team sets up the connection with you.
How long until my first post goes out?+
The same day. Pay, log in, connect your phones, add an account and upload a video — the first post can leave within the hour.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. The setup runs step by step inside the software, in plain language. If a phone does not show up, support looks at it with you instead of sending you a manual.
What does it cost in total?+
$99 a month for Standard, $249 a month for the Full version, cancelled at the end of any month. Past 100 phones you add $79 for every 50 more. The automations — reading the screen, posting, scrolling, commenting — run on prepaid AI credit that you top up yourself and that is charged by what is actually used; the calculator in your account shows what your programme costs before you start. On top of that you pay for your own phones and their connections.
How many phones and accounts can I run?+
Standard covers up to 25 phones, the Full version up to 100 and grows in packs of 50 from there — that means the price follows your fleet instead of forcing a new tier. Posts and accounts are not limited in either plan.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at the end of any month, from inside your account. Everything keeps running until the month is over, so a cancellation never costs you a posting day.
Can my assistants work without seeing everything?+
Each assistant sees only the phones you assign them, every session is written down, and you take access back in one click. That means you can hand over a shift without handing over your accounts.
Which platforms does it work with?+
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, X and Reddit. The apps run on the phone itself, so anything you can do on a phone by hand you can do here.
Can I keep my existing accounts?+
Yes. You log in on the phone with your own credentials, exactly as you would at home, and carry on posting from the accounts you already have.
Do you provide the videos?+
No, you bring your own clips. You upload them once into your library and decide which account posts what and when — the software handles the repetition, you keep the ideas.
Is this within the platforms' rules?+
You stay responsible for your accounts and for the terms of each platform. What the software gives you is control: your own pace, your own timing, one account per phone, and a live view of what is happening.
What happens if a phone goes offline?+
It shows as offline in the grid and the other phones carry on. On our hosted racks we swap the device; on your own rack you swap it and the licence follows the slot.
Can I see it before I pay?+
Yes. We open one of our own racks on a call and you click through it yourself — fifteen minutes, no slides.
