Adding Social Accounts
Every social account you run gets one entry on the Accounts page. Click Add account, tick the platforms it runs on, assign it to a phone and write its niche. The software uses this entry for everything else: warm-up, Be active, posting and analytics all work per account.
How do I add an account?
- Open Accounts and click Add account.
- Platforms — tick every platform this identity posts to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, X or Reddit. One identity can run on several platforms.
- Identity — the Username, the Phone it lives on, its Status, a Group and, if it differs from your default, a Timezone. If the handle is different per platform, set a Handle per platform.
- Login — the email and password of the account, so your team finds them in one place.
- Profile — the Niche and search keywords (Niche and keywords), plus display name, bio and link (Profile and picture).
- Click Save.
Do I log in to the account in the portal?
No — you log in on the phone itself, in the app, exactly as you would at home. Open the phone in the live view and sign in. You can keep using the accounts you already have.
What does "Not ready" mean?
An account is Not ready when it is missing a niche, a phone or a password. Automations need all three. Use the Not ready filter at the top of the list to find them. Watchdog also lists accounts without a phone.
Which statuses are there?
- Warming up — a warm-up plan is running. When the warm-up is finished, the status changes to Active by itself.
- Active — the account is in normal use.
- Paused — you stopped using it for now.
- Challenged — the platform asked for a verification.
- Banned — the account is gone.
Paused and Banned are set by you. Filter the list by status with the buttons above the table.
How is the list organised?
The table shows Account, Platforms, Status, Phone and Age. On the left you find your groups, All accounts, Ungrouped and a search box. Open a row to see what the account needs.
What is on an account's own page?
Its numbers (views, followers, following, platform earnings), the profile, setup and login cards, notes, and the Posting options — for example posting Instagram reels as a trial reel shown to non-followers first, or also sharing reels between Instagram and Facebook. Numbers fill in during the day once the account is read (Analytics).
How many accounts can I add?
As many as you like — accounts are unlimited on both plans. We recommend one account per phone.
