What do "Soon" items mean?
Some menu items and options are greyed out with a Soon badge. We are still building them; they cannot be used yet. These docs only describe what you can use today.
What is the bar at the top of the page?
When a phone needs a person — for example a popup during an automation — a bar appears on top of every page with Open device and Let agent continue. See Popups and alerts.
