Posting and the Video Library
Posting in Profit Phones works in two places. The Library holds your videos and images. Posts turns them into posts: write a post once, send it to as many accounts as you like, each with its own caption if it needs one. The phones post one after another, in the real app, at the time you choose.
How do I upload videos?
Open Library and click Upload, or Upload folder for a whole folder. Supported: MP4, WEBM, MOV, JPG, PNG and WEBP. Files can be up to 5 GB each, up to 100 files at once; above 500 MB posting gets slow. Your plan includes 200 GB of storage (Standard) or 1 TB (Full version).
The sidebar sorts your files into All Assets, Favorites, Image, Video, Audio, Folders, Groups and Accounts. You bring your own clips — the software handles the repetition, you keep the ideas.
How do I create a post?
Open Posts and click New post.
- Where it goes — pick the accounts.
- Video or image — from your library, plus an optional Cover.
- Caption — one for all, or Different caption per platform.
- When — Draft, Now, or Pick date… (Today, Tomorrow, In 2 days, In a week, or a date and time). The time is shown on your local clock.
- Click Schedule (or Save draft).
If the phone is not ready for posting yet, the composer says Set up the phone first with a Prepare now button, or you save the post as a draft.
How do I post many videos at once?
Click Bulk. Pick an account, pick videos from your library, write a Caption for all, and under Schedule all set the first post and the spacing — from every 15 minutes to once a day. Small random offsets make sure no two posts land on the same minute. Click Create … posts.
Which platforms can I post to?
Posting is fully supported on TikTok and Instagram. Other platforms depend on your setup — ask the team which ones your phones can post to.
Where do I follow my posts?
Posts → Overview shows scheduled and posted today, what needs attention, active accounts, and how many days of content each account has left. Queue lists every post. Open a post to Pause, Resume, Edit, Post now, Reschedule or Retry failed. Each platform shows its own status: Pending, Posted, Failed or Stopped.
What happens right after a post goes out?
The phone keeps using the app for a few minutes and checks the post is on the profile. You set this under After posting.
Can I put files straight onto an iPhone?
Yes. Select files in the Library and click Send to phone, or use the Photos card on a phone's page. The files land in the Photos app of each iPhone you pick, up to 250 MB per file.
Does posting cost credit?
Yes, posting reads the screen with AI and uses Automation credit. Posts themselves are unlimited on both plans.
