Analytics — Views, Followers and Revenue

Analytics shows how your accounts are doing: views, followers, videos posted and your best videos, across all accounts or per account. The numbers are read from the phones themselves — the phone opens the app's own analytics page and reads the figures as text. Revenue you add yourself.

Which platforms are read today?

TikTok is live. Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, X and Reddit are in testing: they switch on as each one is confirmed on real phones. Until then, those accounts show no figures rather than figures you cannot trust. The How these numbers are made panel on the page shows the current state per app.

How often are numbers updated?

Twice a day, between 09:00 and 21:00 in your audience's time zone, at a different minute for each phone. Only active accounts that sit on a phone are read. Accounts that are still warming up are skipped; reading starts by itself once the warm-up finishes. If a phone was offline, its last reading can be older — the total may look current when it is not.

What does the page show?

  • Date range — Last 7, 28 or 90 days, All time, or a custom range.
  • TilesViews, Followers, Videos posted, Revenue and Per 1,000 views.
  • Everything over time — the curve for the period.
  • Accounts, best first — which accounts carry your results.
  • Best performing videos.
  • Audience — gender, top countries and when they are online.

Click the small info icon next to the title for How these numbers are made: where each number comes from, when it is read, and what each tile counts.

How far back can I look?

On Standard, analytics covers the last 7 days. The Full version keeps the full history. See Plans and pricing.

How do I add revenue?

Open Revenue from the Analytics page and Add an entry: amount, currency, source (for example creator fund, affiliate, UGC, brand deal, own product) and the period it belongs to, with an optional note. The Revenue tile and the Per 1,000 views figure then include it. Only people with billing permission see Revenue.

Can I set the audience's time zone?

Yes, and you should. Set timezone tells the portal where your audience lives. The daily 9:00–21:00 rhythm — when the phones read analytics — then runs on your audience's clock, not on a server's. If one account has a different audience, set its own time zone under Accounts.

Do the numbers show on each account too?

Yes. An account's own page shows its views, followers, following and platform earnings (Adding accounts).

Does reading analytics cost credit?

A little. Reading uses Automation credit — far less than scrolling or posting.
