My Devices — the Live Phone Grid
My devices is the first page of the portal. Every tile is a real phone, shown live in your browser. Click a tile to control that phone. The grid shows at a glance which phones are online, in use or offline, and lets you act on many phones at once.
What does each tile show?
- The live screen. A still image means the phone is offline.
- A status dot — online, in use, offline, being set up or unavailable.
- The phone's number and name, for example "#4 Lisa".
- Battery and health.
- Two quick buttons under the tile: Screen on / off and Home.
When an automation is running on a phone, the tile says so, and bulk actions skip that phone until it is done.
How do I change the grid view?
The panel next to the grid holds your view settings. They are saved in your browser and only change your own view, not your team's.
- Group — show all phones, Online only, Offline only, or the phones of one account group (Groups).
- Sort — iPhones first, brand / model, device number or name.
- How many — how many tiles are shown at once.
- View — Tile size, Control view size, Quality and Frame rate.
- Tile details — show or hide the status dot, battery, and the Power / Home / ⋯ buttons. Reset to defaults undoes everything.
Can I do something on all phones at once?
Yes. Under On all phones you can open an app — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, X or Reddit — or press Home on every phone you picked. Use Pick phones to choose which ones. The actions are staggered, so no two phones fire in sync. Busy phones are skipped. Only owners, managers and operators can run these actions (Team access).
What is in the ⋯ menu of a tile?
- Open control — the full-screen live control.
- Screenshot — saves the current screen.
- Open app — starts an app on that phone.
- Hide from my view — removes the tile from your view only. Billing and history keep running. Hidden phones are listed in a strip on the page, each with a Bring back button.
- Report broken — tells our team the phone has a problem.
- Remove from portal — only for your own phones, not for rented ones.
What does "phones are plugged in but not showing up" mean?
Your plan covers a set number of phones: 25 on Standard, 100 on the Full version. If more are connected, a banner tells you how many are over the limit. Click Make room to go to Billing and pick a bigger plan or a pack of extra phones (Plans and pricing).
Where do I see details about every phone?
Click Phone details above the grid. It lists every phone with its model, the login it uses, its SIM and the social accounts on it, and a search box. Owners and people with the right permission can edit the entries.
