Watchdog — What Needs You Right Now
Watchdog is the page that answers "is everything running, and if not, what do I do?". It checks your whole farm live every time you open it — phones, accounts, posts and warm-ups — and lists only what needs you. If everything is fine, it says Nothing needs you.
How are problems sorted?
By how serious they are, in three groups:
- Stops work — nothing runs until this is sorted.
- Costs you accounts — it runs, but it is building up damage.
- Flying blind — the portal does not know, so a number may be a guess.
Each finding says why it matters and what you can do, with a link or a button that takes you to the right place. The number on the right shows how many phones, accounts or posts are affected.
What does Watchdog check?
Among others:
- Phones that are offline, running hot, low on battery and not charging, or sitting at 100 % for a long time.
- Connection problems of a phone. If you see one, ask the team — we check it with you.
- Accounts that are banned, were recently asked to verify, have no phone, sit on an offline phone, or are missing their app on the phone.
- Posts that are past their time and still not out, or failed to go out.
- Warm-up sessions that failed or never ran.
- Phones never scanned for apps, so the portal does not know what is installed.
Can I hide a finding I already know about?
Yes. Click Archive on a finding — for example a spare phone you switched off on purpose. It moves to the Archived section and stops counting. Restore all brings archived findings back.
Is anything stored?
No. Watchdog checks the current state each time you open the page; there is no history to clean up.
How often should I look at it?
Once or twice a day is enough for most farms. Problems that need you immediately — for example a popup during an automation — also show as a bar at the top of every page (Popups and alerts).
