Team and Assistant Access
You can give assistants access to your phones without sharing your password. Open Account → Team, invite them by email and pick a role. You decide which phones and which tabs each person sees, and you can switch access off at any time.
How do I invite someone?
- Open Account and the Team tab.
- Under Invite someone, type their email address.
- Pick a Role (Operator is the default).
- Click Invite.
They get an invitation by email. In the list they show as Invited until they accept, then Active.
Which roles are there?
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, including billing and all devices. |
| Co-owner | Full access, the same as the owner — including billing and the team. |
| Manager | Runs the fleet day-to-day: control, apps, automation and proxies. No billing or team. |
| Operator | Controls the phones, installs apps, posts and runs warm-ups. No billing or team. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Sees every screen and stat but cannot touch a phone or change anything. |
Click What each role can do in the portal for the full table.
Can I limit which phones someone sees?
Yes. Click Edit next to a member. Under Device access choose All devices or pick single phones. Under What they can do you can adjust the role's permissions, and under Tabs they see you choose which pages of the portal they get. My devices, Account and Support are always visible. A member with custom settings shows as "{Role} · custom".
How do I take access back?
Click Edit next to the member and choose Disable to pause their access, or Remove to take it away for good. They lose access immediately.
Is what assistants do logged?
Yes, every session is logged. That means you can hand over a shift without handing over your accounts.
Is there a limit on team members?
No. You can add as many assistants as you need.
