Live View and Remote Control
Click any tile on My devices to open that phone's live view. You see the real screen and control it with your mouse and keyboard, as if the phone was in your hand. Nothing needs to be installed on your computer — it runs in the browser.
How do I tap, scroll and swipe?
Click on the screen to tap. Use the scroll wheel to scroll — it works in any mode. The Gesture mode card switches what a click-and-drag does:
- Tap & Scroll — the default.
- Swipe, Double tap, Hold and Pinch — for gestures a mouse cannot do directly.
The Navigate card has swipe arrows and a Screenshot button.
How do I type?
Click the screen and type directly, or use the Send text card: write your text and click Send. This is handy for longer captions or comments.
Where are the hardware buttons?
The Hardware card has the phone's buttons.
- iPhone: Back, Home, Lock, Unlock, Vol +, Vol − and Apps.
- Android: Back, Home, Recent, Power, Vol + and Vol −.
At the top you switch to the previous or next phone without going back to the grid, and adjust Size and FPS of the stream. All devices takes you back to the grid.
How does Unlock work on iPhones?
Under the screen there is a key icon. Store the phone's passcode there once. The Unlock button then unlocks the phone for you, and automations can unlock it before they start. You can change or remove the passcode any time. Only people with control rights see this.
Can I rename a phone?
Yes. Click the pencil icon under the screen and type a new name. The name shows on the tile in the grid.
What are Post-its?
Short notes on a phone for your team, like "Needs a new SIM" or "Account in review". Click Add, write the note, click Stick it. Mark it done or remove it later.
What happens when an automation is running?
A badge on the screen shows what is happening, for example Agent · posting a video or Agent · being active. You can Pause, Resume or Stop the run. If the phone shows a popup that needs a person, the run pauses and asks you — see Popups and alerts.
What else is on this page?
- Quick actions (iPhone) — Control Center and Open an app.
- Automate — start Be active on this phone.
- Photos (iPhone) — add videos or images from your Library to the phone.
